Hi, I’m Ray, and I’d like to say that after 22 years of experience in commercial finance, stock and option trading that there is no substitute for education. If you are not one of my regular subscribers you may not know, but after 2 years of being continually asked, I agreed to strip down several of the most popular stock and option trading systems and see which ones actually get the results they claim. Pattern Trading Signals Major Market Moves
When I first started trading options it was extremely difficult due to the lack of accurate information on the subject. I experienced so many failures in the early days that I almost gave up on it completely. One day I came upon an out of print manuscript that described a system for finding a consistently high percentage of winning trades, it was called “Pattern Trading.” Pattern trading is based on the theory that a stock’s direction can be determined by the movement in price and volume, in other words, investor sentiment. These historical price patterns tend to repeat themselves time and time again, just like clockwork.
As a result, I was able to predict, with incredible accuracy, when a stock, commodity or market index was about to make a major move and in which direction. My discovery of these simple “Patterns” changed my life by having a profound affect on my stock trading success. Needless to say, I am a huge advocate of pattern trading and I believe it offers the average investor the opportunity to achieve incredible trading success. Pattern trading simplifies the decision making process and leads you directly to the winning trades.
